All over social media I have been seeing this brand and so many people are saying some of the items are dupes for high end makeup/skincare so I thought I’d put it to the test and see how good it really is. So first I started with the Vitamin C hot cloth cleanser…
I was really excited to try out this new cleanser as I have been trying to find one for such a long time. In the packaging you get a 200ml tube of product and a muslin cloth which I think is a really good addition as usually you’d have to buy a cloth separately. This product is vegan and is cruelty free so it is not tested on animals, I think its really good how clear the packaging is with all the information as these are lots of points that people would look for specifically.
The product contains Vitamin C, Cocoa Butter, Vitamin E and Thyme Oil. The overall aim of this product is to gently cleanse and exfoliate to leave your skin looking and feeling refreshed.
How to use:
- Apply small amount of cleanser to dry skin and gentle massage into your face and neck in circular motions.
- Rinse the muslin cloth in hand hot water and wring out any excess water.
- Place the muslin cloth over your face to open your pores and then gently polish off the cleanser. (Rinse the cloth thoroughly when cleansing)
- Finish by splashing your face with cool water to close your pores and pat your face dry with a towel.
- Let the muslin cloth dry naturally after each use.
When a product states it is for all skin types I am always cautious to try it out as I have very sensitive skin however after trying it out it was perfect it wasn’t harsh on my skin and felt very gentle. I’ve used this product regularly in my skincare routine since I bought it and my skin feels so much more refreshed, smooth and visually I can see a massive difference.
The scent of this product is gorgeous it has a citrus scent which definitely reminds me of a Solero ice cream!
If anyone is looking for a new cleanser to try I would definitely recommend you give this a go especially as it was only £3.99! I can’t believe the quality of this product at such a low and affordable price from Aldi stores. It is very easy to get the impression to have good skin you need to spend loads however this product shows that’s not the case, I will definitely be buying this product again.
I would leave a link to this product however on the Aldi website it is sold out I think the best option would be to pop into your local store and see if you can get your hands on it. I have seen it on amazon however this costs £15.99, so I’d definitely check out your local Aldi if you want to try this product.
I hope this review has been helpful if your looking for a new skincare product, been searching endlessly online to find information about this product (like I did) or just a regular reading my posts. I’ll see you next Sunday with another post!
